The Two Oceans – Choose Your Ocean Contest (hereinafter, the “Contest”) is held by Peter Mielzynski Agencies Ltd. (“Sponsor”).
The Contest begins and ends at the following times in each applicable province: in New Brunswick, beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 28, 2026, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 22, 2026; in British Columbia, beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on April 4, 2026, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 27, 2026; in Ontario, beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on April 26, 2026, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 23, 2026; and in Alberta, beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on May 1, 2026, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026 (collectively, the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open to legal residents of New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, Canada, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, administrators, agents or representatives of Peter Mielzynski Agencies Ltd. (“PMA”), Two Oceans Wines, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”), Alcohol NB Liquor (“ANBL”) of New Brunswick suppliers of services or prizes, and any companies directly or indirectly involved in the Contest—including subsidiaries, affiliates, contest judges, and their immediate families—are not eligible to enter or win the Contest.
“Immediate family” means parents, siblings, children, and spouses, or any persons with whom such employees reside. Please do not enter the Contest if you are ineligible.
All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be admissible.

To enter, scan the QR code displayed on promotional materials in participating LCBO locations, which will direct you to the Contest Website. Complete the online entry form in full, providing your name, email address, date of birth (confirming you are 19+), province of residence, and your choice between “East Coast” or “West Coast.” You must also answer a mathematical skill-testing question on the website at the time of entry to validate your submission. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 22 in New Brunswick, May 23 in Ontario, May 31 in Alberta and June 27 in British Columbia.
Each eligible entry submitted during the Contest Period will be entered into the random prize draw.
LIMITATION: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address during the Contest Period. Multiple entries beyond this limit will be disqualified. Use of automated systems to participate is strictly prohibited.
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won during the Contest.
The Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to either the East Coast or West Coast of Canada, at the winner’s choice. The trip includes:
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000 CAD.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
All incidental costs and expenses not specifically described as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
On November 24 at approximately 10:00:00 a.m. EST, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Based on an estimated total of approximately 16,000 eligible entries, the odds of winning the Grand Prize are approximately 1 in 16,000.
The selected entrant will be contacted by email or telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) days or fails to meet eligibility or skill-testing requirements, another entrant may be selected at random.
The selected entrant(s) will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; and (b) review and agree to the following attestation and release:
ATTESTATION AND RELEASE: I attest that I have read the official rules of the Two Oceans “Choose Your Ocean” Scan to Win and state that I have complied with them and meet all the conditions of eligibility laid down in the official contest rules.
Subject to the accuracy of the answer given to the mathematical skill-testing question, I attest that I have accepted the following prize: (1) One Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to either the East Coast or West Coast of Canada. Furthermore, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and successors, release employees or representatives of Two Oceans and PMA Canada and their respective subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies or members of the immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse) or household of such employees or representatives from all liability respecting any damage or loss resulting from participation in this contest or arising from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
Finally, if applicable, I agree that my name and/or my picture, notably my photograph,and/or my voice may be used for advertising purposes connected with this contest, free of charge.
If a selected entrant: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; and/or (b) fails to agree with the attestation and release at the time of entry then he/she will forfeit the prize and Sponsor(s) reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to time constraints, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries for the applicable Region.
